Dr Watson and his team are very warm, nice, professional, and informative. Each Ketamine experience I have had has been nothing short of amazing. The playlist recommendations, the ease of appointment scheduling, how comfortable they make you feel before and after each session, and of course the Ketamine itself, makes for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that going into my first session, I was a little nervous, not knowing what it would be like because I’ve never done anything like this before. But there is no reason to be anxious and no reason to sweat it. You pop some headphones on, put on an eye mask, and let the ketamine and music guide your brain however it decides it wants to for about 45-60 minutes. It’s a very interesting and unique experience each and every time.

I was at the lowest point in my life that I had ever been. I didn’t even recognize myself. I felt disassociated with the person I had known myself to be. After meeting with Dr Watson, and him answering all of my questions without being too scientific, I knew I had found the right place. My RN, Tina was so compassionate and careful with me and set the right tone for all of my treatments. Dr. Watson even peeked in to check on me before and after treatment. So kind. Slowly I started to recover and see life with hope and even joy again! The treatments were actually so comfortable and dream-like. At first I was scared, but soon realized it was very relaxing and I found myself looking forward to going. Every successive treatment made me feel better and better. Dr. Watson had told me the effects were cumulative . This choice was truly life-changing for me. I believe I’m alive today because I chose this route. In addition to my talk therapy and journaling, I made so much progress. I would recommend this 1000% to anybody who has been struggling with depression or anxiety. Please at least give their office a call and find out if this is right for you. The staff will treat you with compassion and dignity. You won’t be sorry.
